vldArticles is a complete clone of standard vldPersonals News module, allowing you to have an Articles section, without compromising your site's news.

vldArticles integrates into vldPersonals Control Panel, providing a seamless articles solution, for the first time in the history of VldPersonals.

Want to take it for a test drive?

We have a clean installation of vldPersonals with vldArticles installed so you can take it for a test drive.

To login, simply point your browser to vldArticles (opens in new window) and click "Submit".

To navigate to vldArticles, on the main menu bar, click "Content"
From the sub-menu, or the side-menu, you can now select "Manage Articles", and presto, you can add/edit/or otherwise manage your articles, just as you can with your news items.

Note:
This installation is automatically re-set periodically via cron. If, despite this, it suffers from spamming/abuse, the vldArticles installation will unfortunately be removed.

  • able to use a text editor (we prefer UltraEdit)
  • use a MySQL tool such as phpMyAdmin (supplied with linux hosts)
